1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1 cup milk |
1 (6-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained |
1 tablespoon sherry |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon catsup |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring well. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, and stir in mushrooms, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, and catsup. |
