1/2 cup butter |
1 1/2 (8-ounce) packages sliced fresh mushrooms (3 3/4 cups) |
1 large onion, finely chopped |
1 bunch green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley |
2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups white wine |
1/2 cup reserved pan drippings or chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and next 4 ingredients, and sauté 6 to 7 minutes or until tender. Stir in salt, white wine, and pan drippings; cook 10 minutes. |
