Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs baby portabella mushrooms, washed and sliced |
4 tablespoons butter |
6 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 cup white wine |
4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped |
salt, to taste |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter over medium heat in large sauté pan, add the mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. 3. Add the white wine and cook for another 5 minutes. 4. Add the cream, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. 5. Add salt to taste. 6. Mix the chopped parsley with the sauce and Parmesan cheese. 7. Serve over meat or pasta. |
