Easy and d-lish! Had this at covered dish dinner, and just had to get the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) carton fresh sliced mushrooms
1 bunch broccoli, cut in florets
1 bunch cauliflower, cut in florets
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons celery seeds
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Combine and marinate vegetables over night, keep refrigerated.
