Easy and d-lish! Had this at covered dish dinner, and just had to get the recipe! Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) carton fresh sliced mushrooms |
1 bunch broccoli, cut in florets |
1 bunch cauliflower, cut in florets |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons celery seeds |
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Combine and marinate vegetables over night, keep refrigerated. |
