Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh mushroom, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sliced green onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
lettuce
Directions:
1.
In serving bowl toss the mushrooms with the lemon juice until slices are slightly moistened.

Add green onions oil and salt and toss again.
3.
Chill before serving.
4.
Serve on bed of lettuce.
