This Mexican dish can be served as a side dish or a main dish(with additional chicken) Ingredients:
6 mushrooms |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 garlic clove |
1 green onion |
2 cups chicken broth |
1 cup rice |
1/2 teaspoon parsley |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. melt butter in saucepan over medium heat,cook mushrooms,garlic and onion until mushrooms are cooked and butter evaporated. 2. Add broth & rice,season with parsley(chopped), salt & pepper. 3. Cover and cook on low light about 15 mins till rice is cooked. 4. If using as main dish add cut-up cooked chicken after rice is cooked. |
