A little variation on a recipe. Great side dish. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons chicken broth |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 garlic clove |
3 mushrooms |
2 green onions |
1 tablespoon dry white wine |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a food processor. 2. Sautee garlic for about 1 minute. 3. Add mushrooms and green onions. 4. Sautee for 5 minutes. 5. Add wine, thyme and oregano and stir until sauce thickens. 6. Pour parsley-oil mixture over mushrooms and mix together. |
