This potato dish is creamy smooth. Goes well with any meat! Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1 large onion, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Cover potatoes with water, add salt and cook until tender. 2. Mix soup, milk and onion; add potatoes and toss to mix well. 3. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. 4. Sprinkle with paprika. 5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
