A smoky blend of peppers and mushrooms; an earthy taste for any fall gathering. Ingredients:
1/2 cup ritz crackers, crushed |
1 pound philly cream cheese, softened |
1 tea. lemon juice |
2 large eggs |
1 packet mushroom pepper steak & roast seasoning |
1 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325^. 2. Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray. 3. Swirl Ritz crumbs around pan evenly. 4. Set aside. 5. Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. 6. Add eggs one at a time. 7. Add seasoning packet(from www.spicemerchants.biz) 8. Fold in mozzarella, mixing thoroughly. 9. Pour into prepared pan. 10. Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes. 11. Let cool and serve at room temp. with crackers or bread. |
