1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms, finely chopped |
8 green onions, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
4 (2 3/4-ounce) cans french liver pât |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Sauté mushrooms and green onion in butter in a medium skillet until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Remove from heat; let cool completely. |
