A very easy starter or as part of an antipasto platter. Serve with sourdough bread. Ingredients:
50 g butter |
olive oil |
350 g button mushrooms, sliced |
100 g walnuts, crushed |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat butter and a little olive oil in frying pan. 2. Add mushrooms and saute until softened and lightly coloured. 3. Transfer to food processor add walnuts and blend until smooth. 4. Season with salt to taste. |
