Ingredients:
3 medium onions, chopped |
3 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1 1/2 pounds fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced |
1 1/2 cups chicken broth |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
mashed potatoes (optional) |
hot cooked rice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in butter in a large skillet until tender; add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Serve over mashed potatoes or hot cooked rice, if desired. |
