mushroom omelette Ingredients:
30 g onion |
100 g mushrooms |
3 eggs |
2 fl oz milk |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. sautee onions and mushrooms together with a pinch of fresh sage and rosemary. 2. whisk eggs and milk add to pan. 3. add pinch of salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. 4. fold when cooked then serve. |
