3/4 cup mushroom, very finely sliced |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon capers |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle mushrooms with lemon juice. 2. Let stand 5 minutes. 3. Combine mushrooms with remaining ingredients. 4. Chill at least 15 minutes to blend flavors. |
