Times are guestimates. Ingredients:
1 lb mushroom, sliced 1/4 inch thick |
1 cup nama shoyu |
3 tablespoons flax seeds, ground |
1 cup walnuts |
2 cups filtered water |
1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground |
1 clove garlic |
Directions:
1. Place mushrooms in Nama Shoyu and marinate for 2-4 hours. 2. Place flax seeds in a blender and blend until finely ground. 3. Add the Nama Shoyu, flax, walnuts, water, pepper and garlic. 4. Blend all ingredients, except the mushrooms, until creamy. 5. Pour into a serving dish and stir in the mushrooms. 6. Let gravy set for 1/2 hour to thicken as the flax seeds soak the liquid. |
