Not sure what to do with the leftover rice, so fry it instead Ingredients:
1 shallot chopped |
3 garlic chopped |
4 pieces of dried chinese mushroom (soaked and sliced) |
1 cup of cold rice |
1 egg |
1 pinch of salt |
1 pinch of pepper |
1 teaspoon of oil |
Directions:
1. Saute shallot for 1/2min. Add in garlic and saute till fragant. 2. Stir in mushroom and fry for a while before adding in the rice. 3. Once the rice heat up add in the egg salt and pepper. Stir evenly. 4. Dish and serve. |
