Another recipe from Kristina TV. Make your crepes and fill them up with this easy, creamy mushroom filling! Ingredients:
20 g butter |
1/2 cup onion |
500 g mushrooms, sliced |
2 teaspoons salt |
3 cups heavy cream |
2 teaspoons parsley |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, melt the butter and lightly fry onion until golden. 2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until the liquid they release is absorbed. 3. Add the salt, the cream and mix well. 4. Add the parsley and the pepper to taste. 5. Fill your crepes! |
