6 eggs |
1/3 cup milk |
6 teaspoons parmesan cheese |
16 shiitake mushrooms |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
salt, pepper |
scallion, chives (optional) |
Directions:
1. .Wisk eggs with milk; sauté mushrooms in olive oil. Spoon mushroom to muffin tins and add egg mixture to 3/4 full. Bake 15 min at 400°F. |
