Another way to use deli chicken and call it pizza. What's not to like with these tasty ingredients. Ingredients:
1 (13 7/8 ounce) package pizza dough |
1 (6 ounce) can italian tomato paste |
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed |
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved |
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced |
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Press dough onto the bottom of a 15-inch x 10-inch x 1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. 2. Prick crust with a fork. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. 4. Spread tomato paste over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges. 5. Top with the chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, garlic salt, salt and pepper. 6. Drizzle with oil. 7. Sprinkle with cheese. 8. Bake 13-16 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. |
