Scrambled eggs with an Italian twist. I finding baking them alot easier than trying to flip it. Ingredients:
12 eggs |
1 can mushrooms drained |
1/2 cup parmeasan cheese |
2 scallions chopped |
1/2 - 1 cup shredded cheese |
salt |
pepper |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. In large bowl beat all ingredients till foamy. 2. Very lightly grease a large skillet with olive oil. 3. Pour into greased skillet 4. Put in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or till done to liking |
