Mushroom Caps, Grilled and Filled

Ingredients:
12 very fresh large mushrooms, stems removed
1/4 cup garlic oil
1/4 cup pesto sauce
Directions:
1. Prepare a hot fire. In a medium bowl, toss mushrooms with oil to coat well.
2. Place mushroom caps, stem side down, on an oiled grill set 4-6 inches from the coals.
3. Grill until edges are lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.
4. Turn and place 1 teaspoon pesto in the cavity of each mushroom cap.
5. Continue grilling until bottoms of mushrooms are golden brown, about 3-5 minutes longer.
