Ingredients:
1 can(s) black beans
3/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper, freshly ground
2 tablespoon(s) butter, unsalted
2 tablespoon(s) canned chopped chilies
1/3 cup(s) cheddar, grated
12 ounce(s) crimini mushrooms
2 teaspoon(s) dried minced onion
1 egg
2 cup(s) fresh bread crumbs, toasted
2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
1/3 cup(s) red onion
2 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Pulse mushrooms in food processor until finely chopped.
2. Melt butter; add mushrooms, 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t pepper.
3. Cook 10 minutes
4. Pulse black beans in food processor
5. Add all ingredients in work bowl
6. Shape into patties and cook 5 minutes per side.
