2 eggs, beaten |
2 cups fresh mushrooms, finely chopped |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. 2. Shape into four patties. 3. In a large skillet, cook patties in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until crisp and lightly browned. 4. Serve on buns. |
