Veggie, Turkey, Cheese Frittata Ingredients:
2 large egg, white |
2 large egg, whole |
2 olives large pitted olives |
1 serving sun dried tomatoes oil |
1 tbsp gorgonzola cheese crumbled natural |
0.25 cup, chopped broccoli |
1 oz deli style turkey breast smoked |
0.25 cup, pieces or slices mushrooms |
1 tbsp vegetable oil, canola |
Directions:
1. Cook veggies until soft and dry on medium-high heat. Turn down heat to low and allow to cool a few minutes before adding egg and cheese mixture. Cook covered until bottom is set ~3-4 minutes, flip pan and cook a few more minutes. Low heat prevents a brown crust. |
