A quick and easy vegetable dish that's ready in minutes
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons oil
250g (8oz) button mushrooms, wiped
2 teaspoons tomato puree
2 teaspoons garam masala
a few coriander leaves,shredded
2 nan breads (optoinal)
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and gently cook the mushrooms for about 4 minutes,or until soft.
2. Add the tomato puree, garam masala and the coriander leaves, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes,
3. then serve with warm nan bread (optional)
