Ingredients:
4 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup carrot, shredded
1 cup tomato, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup pearl barley
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon course black pepper
5 1/2 cups water
salt
Directions:
1. Combine; Mushrooms, Carrots, Tomatoes, Celery, Barley, Parsley, Black Pepper,& Water In A Large Soup Pot.
2. Bring The Soup To A Boil, Reduce The Heat, Cover The Pan& Simmer For 1 Hour.
3. Season To Taste.
