A high protein, low-fat, low-cal omelet. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 cup spinach |
1/2 cup mushrooms |
Directions:
1. spray small skillet with oil. Put on medium heat. 2. Put spinach and mushrooms in. 3. When the spinach beins to wilt, add egg-whites. 4. Fold omelet when the edges are firm. |
