Mushroom And Spinach Casserole

had this at a friend's house and had to have this recipe Great for spinach lovers
Ingredients:
3 (small boxes) frozen spinach or 2 bags of fresh
2 large pkgs of sliced mushrooms or 3 cans drained well
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 (16 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Cook spinach according to box
2. Fresh spinach: Cook in olive oil & garlic till tender
3. In large frying pan, saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in a mixture of olive oil (2 tbsp) and butter (2 tbsp) till cooked
4. In a buttered casserole pan
5. Layer half the spinach mixture, then half the mushroom mixture
6. Top with 1/2 bag of shredded cheese and Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
7. Layer the balance in same way
8. Top with salt, pepper & garlic powder
9. Bake 20 minutes in 350 oven till cheese is melted and hot
