Mushroom and Pea Pies

Tasty main meal pie
Ingredients:
100 grams phyllo pastry
3 cups of mushrooms
1 cup of frozen peas
1 cup of low fat milk
1 tablespoon of cornflour
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 190 C.
2. Brown the mushrooms in a non stick pan. Add peas and toss for 2 mins. Add milk and thyme, and bring to a boil. Lower to simmer and then add cornflour dissolved in a little water. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Cool.
3. Fold the phyllo pastry, into individual pie dishes. Fill with mushrooms and peas. Scrunch the pastry over the mix, and lightly spray with oil.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 mins or til brown.
