Mushroom and Asparagus Salad |

Great for entertaining Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh asparagus, cut in 1 inch pieces |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper, freshly ground |
nutmeg |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 lb mushroom, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Cook asparagus until just tender, drain and chill. 2. Combine lemon juice, salt, pepper and a sprinkle of nutmeg in a small bowl. Beat in oil. 3. Toss mushrooms and asparagus with dressing till well coated. 4. Chill. |
