mushroom Alfredo sauce Ingredients:
6 cups sliced mushrooms |
1 cup shredded mozzarella |
1 cup horizon organic milk 2 |
1 tbsp butter with salt |
1 tbsp garlic powder |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/4 cup egg beaters |
Directions:
1. Boil/Saute/Steam mushrooms 2. In blender, combine all ingredients (including mushrooms) and blend until smooth, or consistent 3. pour into pan and heat over low until warm, stirring constantly (otherwise the egg will cook and make the sauce lumpy instead of creamy) 4. Pour over warm pasta/chicken |
