Rice and dal. Ingredients:
1 cup rice, white, medium-grain raw, enriched |
3/4 cup mung beans, mature seeds raw |
1 tsp ghee |
1 tbsp light olive oil |
1 tsp salt |
2 dried red chilli peppers |
1 tsp dried cumin seeds |
Directions:
1. Fry red chilli and cumin seeds in ghee and olive oil. 2. Add asfoetida to the oil. 3. Follow with washed rice and mung dal and lightly mix everything . 4. Add 3-4 cups of water and salt to taste. 5. Boil till everything is cooked |
