3 t fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic
4 t oil
4 cups water
4 t garam masala
2 t ground coriander
Directions:
1. puree onion and ginger and garlic
2. heat oil
3. add spices
4. add onion mixture
5. and lentils
6. add water
7. cook until done.
