Great on taste...low on cals...packed with freshness of veggies...need I say more :-)) Ingredients:
2 slices bread |
2 teaspoons relish sandwich spread or 2 teaspoons mayonnaise |
1 cucumber |
1 slice cheese |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice the cucumber. 2. Coat the slices of bread with mayonnaise or sandwich spread. 3. Place a few slices of cucumber on one slice. 4. Add a slice of cheese. 5. Sprinkle pepper. 6. For special flavour try sprinkling roasted cumin seeds powder. 7. Cover with the other slice. 8. Munch- munch- munch! |
