Yummy cookies made from a cake mix. Ingredients:
1 package (1 pound 2.25 ounces) devil's food cake mix with pudding |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
granulated sugar |
1 bag of hershey's kisses (either chocolate kisses or hugs) |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix cake mix (dry), oil and eggs in large bowl with spoon until dough forms (some dry mix will remain.)
3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
4. Roll in sugar.
5. Place balls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
7. Press a Kiss or Hug into the center of each cookie immediately after removing them from the oven.
8. Remove from cookie sheet to a wire rack.
