2 big tomatoes, thinly sliced
plain salty crackers or biscuit
mayonnaise
black pepper
Directions:
1. Put a slice of tomato on each biscuit/cracker.
2. Smear with little mayo and sprinkle black pepper.
3. Munch without guilt!
