Works great served hot or cold and in very inexpensive to make. I use this for family meals and to send hubby to work with for his lunch. Very healthy, nutritional and filling. Ingredients:
740 g tuna |
500 g penne pasta |
150 g sweetcorn |
250 g low-fat mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon mustard |
grated cheese, for topping |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes. 2. Drain and add tuna, mayonnaise, sweetcorn and mustard. 3. Transfer to an oven proof dish. 4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. 5. Place in oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. 6. Serve hot or allow to cool and store in the fridge. |
