Mum's Rice and Nut Loaf

You would swear that there was meat in this loaf! But there isn't even a smidgen
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice (brown is best)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup thick tomato puree or 1 cup tomato sauce
2 onions, chopped fine
1 cup cracker crumb
2 tablespoons oil (or bacon fat)
1/2 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Place in a greased loaf pan.
3. Bake 350F for 1 hour.
4. Serve with tomato sauce.
