                    You would swear that there was meat in this loaf! But there isn't even a smidgen Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups cooked rice (brown is best)  |  
                                                1 cup chopped walnuts  |  
                                                1 cup thick tomato puree or 1 cup tomato sauce  |  
                                                2 onions, chopped fine  |  
                                                1 cup cracker crumb  |  
                                                2 tablespoons oil (or bacon fat)  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon sage  |  
                                                2 tablespoons chopped celery  |  
                                                1 tablespoon chopped parsley  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Place in a greased loaf pan. 3. Bake 350F for 1 hour. 4. Serve with tomato sauce.                              |
