This recipe goes with Multigrain Malt Waffles Ingredients:
9 ounces all-purpose flour (about 21/2 cups) |
9.5 ounces whole-wheat flour (about 2 cups) |
1.8 ounces spelt flour (about 6 tablespoons) |
1 cup yellow cornmeal |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup malted milk powder |
3 tablespoons baking powder |
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ |
1 tablespoon salt |
Directions:
1. Weigh or lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flours and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. |
