I love this marinade because its so versatile. You can make several batches of the base, store that in the fridge & add the seasonings when you decide on your entree. It is very tasty and a terrific tenderizer for those economy cuts . Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon sage |
1/4 cup soya sauce |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/4 teaspoon sage |
1/4 teaspoon savory |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar& shake well. 2. Pour over meat or poultry. 3. Cover& place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours but best if left overnight. 4. Stir or turn occasionally. |
