Delicious simple recipe for the bread machine. Makes a 2 lb loaf. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons water |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or 1 1/2 cups bread machine flour |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup seven-grain cereal |
1 1/2 teaspoons fast rise yeast |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in order listed, adding yeast by forming a well in dry ingredients. 2. Start bread machine - light crust option works best. |
