This is a great whole grain bread recipe my mom has been making for years! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons dry buttermilk |
2 tablespoons flax seeds |
1/4 cup cornmeal |
1/2 cup oatmeal (reg. or quick cook) |
2 1/4 cups white flour |
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in the bread maker as listed. 2. Select regular or rapid bread cycle. 3. Enjoy. |
