                    These muffins are YUMMY and healthy! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 bananas  |  
                                                1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute  |  
                                                1 egg  |  
                                                1/3 cup butter  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking powder  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups multi-grain flour  |  
                                                1/4 cup chocolate chips  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mash bananas. Add splenda and egg. Add melted butter. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.                              |
