Multi-bean Salad

A variation on the old tried and true three bean salad. Added a few ingredients to brighten up the flavor quotient.
Ingredients:
1 can of yellow wax beans, drained
1 can of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of green beans, drained
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
3/4 cup of minced celery, include some of the leafy tops
1/2 to 3/4 cup of red onion diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3-4 slices (size of a quarter) fresh ginger minced very fine
1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of honey mustard
1 or 2 tsp of sugar
1/8 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
generous pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup of mild vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Drain and chill the beans.
2. Add the onion, celery, garlic and ginger.
3. Whisk vinegar with honey mustard, add seasonings.
4. Whisk oil to combine.
5. Pour over veggie mix.
6. Chill at least 2 hours.
