                    I use pataks tikka paste and i buy a pack of chopped turnip. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                50 g butter  |  
                                                1 onion, chopped  |  
                                                2 tablespoons curry powder or 2 tablespoons curry paste  |  
                                                1 small turnip, diced  |  
                                                1 carrot, diced  |  
                                                1 potato, diced  |  
                                                85 g orange lentils  |  
                                                1 liter vegetable stock  |  
                                                salt and pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Melt butter and fry onion, stir in curry. 2. Add rest of veg, lentils and stock. 3. Bring to boil, cover loosely reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins. 4. until veg and lentils are perfectly tender.                              |
