I use pataks tikka paste and i buy a pack of chopped turnip.
Ingredients:
50 g butter
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons curry powder or 2 tablespoons curry paste
1 small turnip, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 potato, diced
85 g orange lentils
1 liter vegetable stock
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Melt butter and fry onion, stir in curry.
2. Add rest of veg, lentils and stock.
3. Bring to boil, cover loosely reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins.
4. until veg and lentils are perfectly tender.
