A hot drink for a cold night. Prep time = cook time Ingredients:
1 quart apple cider |
2 whole cloves |
1 dash nutmeg |
1 cinnamon stick |
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, mix cider, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon with brown sugar. 2. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. 3. Remove spices and serve hot, or allow mulled cider to chill and serve cold. |
