CRUSHED WALNTUS WITH CHILLIES AND OLIVE OIL
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons extrav virgin olive oil
23oz fine bread crums
23oz chopped walnuts
5 cloves og galric minced
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup or juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 dried hot chillies
Directions:
1. PUT ALL THE INGRDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND RUN IT TILL SMOOTH. TAKE ABOUT 2 MINUTES OR SO. SERVE WITH TOASTED PITA TRIANGLE
