4 tablespoons extrav virgin olive oil |
23oz fine bread crums |
23oz chopped walnuts |
5 cloves og galric minced |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons pomegranate syrup or juice |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 dried hot chillies |
Directions:
1. PUT ALL THE INGRDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND RUN IT TILL SMOOTH. TAKE ABOUT 2 MINUTES OR SO. SERVE WITH TOASTED PITA TRIANGLE |
