This is wonderful on sandwiches, crackers or garlic toast! Ingredients:
1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper |
1/2 cup cherry pepper |
1/4 cup black olives |
1/4 cup green olives |
1/2 cup red pepper, roasted |
1/2 cup artichoke heart |
5 tablespoons capers |
4 garlic cloves |
1 shallot, chopped |
2 anchovy fillets |
1/2 cup olive oil, good quality works best |
dried red chili pepper flakes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Chop first 10 ingredients in food processor (or can be done by hand). 2. Add olive oil and mix. |
