All the salty meaty goodness of a muffuletta olive sandwich spread in a dip for SuperBowl parties Ingredients:
1 8 ounce block of cream cheese |
salami, one cup cubed in small (1/4 inch) dice |
4 ounces of provolone cheese diced |
1/2 cup of roasted red peppers |
1/2 cup of chopped green olives, drained |
1 clove of garlic minced |
pinch of red pepper flakes |
pinch of dried oregano |
minced fresh parsley, enough to cover pie pan |
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, cubed salami, provolone with the peppers, green olives, garlic and seasonings. 2. Reserve parsley for garnishing the top. 3. Spread the mixture into a pie plate. 4.
