Wheat & raisin muffins Ingredients:
1 cup white flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 dash salt |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
1 cup raisins |
1 egg |
1/2 cup safflower oil |
1 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup honey |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt, wheat germ, raisins and egg. Separate bowl: combine oil, milk and honey - add this to flour mixture. Blend, pour into muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minute. |
